Applications are specific abilities which make prototypes more realistic.
In order to get prototypes similar to injected parts, we offers you the following applications:
Overmolding: A part is attached to another part made of a different material. Generally, a supple part is added to a harder one.
Hinge: Hinges enabling to fold an area of the part. This is especially valuable for boxes. usually make hinges in PU PP.
Inserts: Our workshop is capable of adding metal inserts to the parts. Those inserts are supposed to reinforce the parts or to completed with screws.
Thin walls: In CNC machining, we are able to manufacture parts with thin walls.
Clips: We offer parts with clips to hold one object to a prototype, or two prototypes together.
